I fixed the roulette algorithm (the symmetric version) so that the random number generator is only set once and then passed to functions. It will now print the values in the generator to files to be plotted. I tried running the loop over the weekend with these fixes but the AraSim jobs kept failing. So today I consolidated the two loops and I started working on a fix for AraSim that will automatically check if an AraSim job fails in real time while the loop is running and resubmit it so that we don't get stuck waiting for the jobs to rerun. </td> <td>I'm going to finish the AraSim fix tomorrow and then try starting a run.
