I gave this talk at the Feburary 1st internal group meeting, with the goal of explaining better why ARA uses slot antennas to measure the H-pole and roughly how they work. It turned into a good discussion behind the basics of antennas. Notes were added to the slides after the talk to summarize what was went over.
